In 1998 after having put the System of Quality Assurance into action the Central Laboratory for Quality received the Accreditation Certificate No.L 212/1/98 conferred by the Polish Centre for Research and Certification, meeting the requirements of the standard 45001:1993 and the Guide ISO/IEC 25:1990.The certificate was prolonged in August 2001 by the Polish Centre for Accreditation and now is registered as AB 212.In December 2002 the Polish Centre for Accreditation carried out an audit in conformity with the norm PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2001 + Ap1:2003 and general requirements concerning the qualifications of the research and norm-setting laboratories.The audit confirmed that the Quality System used in the CLQ is adjusted to the EU standards. In 2006 laboratory put into action new elemnts from system of mamagment in compilaction with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 .
