Legal Status

Research and Development Centre for Gastronomy and Foodstuffs is a research and development unit on the basis of:

• Law of 21 July 1985 ,with further amendments (Dz.U. 2001,no 33 item 1321),
• Statute of the RDCGF's (COBRPGiA) Scientific Board constipated by the Minister of Agriculture of 20 February 2003,
• Regulation No.17 of the Management of "Społem" Central Collective Food Producers Association of 28 June 1976 on putting "Społem" CZSS- economic units into existence as well as renaming the Production Industries Association.
